Refunds & Returns

All items undergo meticulous inspection prior to shipment. In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, kindly notify us within three days. We will arrange for the collection of the item and facilitate the delivery of a replacement or the correct product. Please note that items must remain unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for returns.

EARRINGS:

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.

NECKLACES AND BANGLES:

Refunds are not offered unless the product is defective. However, store credit or exchanges of equal value are available upon dissatisfaction. The R100 courier fee is the responsibility of the customer for both delivery and return. Items must be in original condition and packaging for exchanges.

RINGS:

We do not reimburse for incorrect ring sizes, but we offer ring size exchanges. The R100 courier fee for both delivery and return is borne by the customer.

A "Defective Product" refers to one with significant manufacturing or design flaws.

With proper care, our stainless steel collection should remain untarnished. Avoid exposing our jewelry to detergents, lotions, hair products, jewelry cleansers, or harsh chemicals for optimal care.

Individual skin types may react differently to gold and bronze plating, and no refunds or exchanges are available for changes in jewelry color due to skin oils.
