Refunds & Returns
Our goal is to always provide our customers with the highest calibre, tarnish-proof jewellery at an affordable price.
All jewellery is meticulously inspected before shipping; nonetheless, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or inaccurate item, you must log a return of the item(s) via email (returns@sweetwillowjewelry.com) within 3 days of the order's delivery. The item or items must be in their original packaging, with all labels and stickers still attached, and in resalable condition.
All jewellery are not refundable unless the item(s) are defective. In the event that you are not content with your purchase, Sweet Willow will be happy to exchange it for a comparable item or give you a shop credit for the amount of the item.
A product is considered "defective" if it has a significant flaw in its construction or design that makes it less suitable, practical, or safe than would be expected given the conditions. If so, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement at no additional cost.
With proper care, our stainless steel collection should remain untarnished. Avoid exposing our jewellery to detergents, lotions, hair products, jewellery cleansers, or any harsh chemicals for optimal care.
Individual skin types may react differently to gold plating, and no refunds or exchanges are available for changes in jewellery colour due to skin oils, perfumes and lotions.

Note: Your order will be cancelled and the stock released if you choose to pay with instant EFT and your EFT is not made within 48 hours of placing your order.
To avoid any miscommunication, please be sure to use your order number as reference when making your EFT payment and/or send through a PDF Proof of Payment (POP) provided by your bank to info@sweetwillowjewelry.com. No screenshots of mobile banking applications will be accepted as valid and authentic POP.
