Sweet Willow Pty Ltd will make every effort to use the shipping option you chose at checkout to get items to you in a timely way. Delivery windows are never guaranteed; they are always estimations. Any delays brought on by shipping companies or other uncontrollable circumstances are not our responsibility.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Our door-to-door delivery service may take one to five business days to complete after placing an order. Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be mailed out the following Monday; all orders placed after 12pm will only be shipped out the next day.

To prevent any delays, please make sure your delivery address and personal details are entered correctly. On business days, our third-party delivery company only makes deliveries between 8 pm and 5 pm.

PUDO SHIPPING:

In order to provide our customers with lower courier rates, we offer door-to-locker Pudo delivery powered by The Courier Guy at R60 a parcel. 

Once an order is placed with Pudo as the requested delivery service, it is the customer’s responsibility to send an email to info@sweetwillowjewelry.com with the deposit locker details.

It is very important that the correct contact details are provided when your order is placed as the courier company makes use of you cell number and email address for correspondence regarding your package. 

From the moment the customer receives a SMS notification and/or an Email notification that the order in question has been deposited in the requested Pudo locker the customer has 36 hours to pick up the order. 

Should the customer not meet the pickup deadline, the package will automatically be sent to the closest Pudo kiosk/depot. In this instance, the customer will be required to phone the courier company to make alternative arrangements for the delivery of the package.
